What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental United States usually takes 3-5 business days.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Time Timer® products are backed by a one-year 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your timer fails due to a defect, we will replace it free of charge.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Are batteries included with the timers?
Most of our timers require AA or AAA batteries for operation. To ensure the longest life and most accurate timing, batteries are usually sold separately.
